Parked van

It was parked outside preschool for weeks too - I’m assuming that’s why it’s got the reference to preschool on the van. Apparently it’s a company’s workman break/ meeting van.

Wefare Van" parked long term in Hughes Close,

There is reference to Charlbury Pre School on it. Apart from obstructing a clear view at a junction, the tryes are starting to deflate.You may need to check.
