Hi Amel!  Does this help?:

"Since there are no specific laws in place about domestic bonfires, as long as you are not burning inappropriate materials that could harm others or cause smoke to drift into a road, you could choose to have one during the day or at night."

Someone currently burning stuff in their garden is preventing us having utility of our garden and increasing pollution (just past five ways). People don’t appreciate how harmful this is. 

Is it permitted within Charlbury to have garden fires to dispose of materials?
