If the British Heart Foundation isn't interested, you could offer it to the Emmaus Homelessness Charity in Oxford: https://emmaus.org.uk/oxford/donate-goods/ They pick up saleable items for free from this area.

WODC collects bulky items that aren't in a saleable condition, but the item has to be left on the pavement and that isn't always easy. 

Emmaus also does (paid for) house clearances for items that can't be sold, but this works out quite expensive.
