Junior Parkrun

I work in the primary school. We could put something in the newsletter that goes out to parents. Maybe even do some sort of presentation to the children in an assembly and get them to go home and nag their parents to volunteer. Could also approach other local schools such as Stonesfield, Finstock etc.

I think it's likely to be a few months still as we need more volunteers. Any ideas on how to spread the word better?

A group of parents would like to set up a junior parkrun (free running race of 2km) in Charlbury. It would be held at 9am every Sunday morning and would be fantastic for Charlbury... I'm looking for volunteers who do not have childcare commitments on a Sunday morning to help us get this going.
