Low humming in The Green area

I posted here last July about a low humming in the Ditchley Road/The Green area. Well, it's official: there is a very low-frequency hum up here according to the Environmental Dept at West Oxon, and fingers seem to point to the electrical sub-station at the corner of The Green and Kendal Piece. I don't know what the next step is, but since I hear it all day, every day -- plus all night -- I would appreciate if anyone else hears it to contact the dept. (You might just think it's your boiler or your heating until you realise neither of them are actually on, and plus, they transmit on a different wavelength)
