Wed 5 Jun, 10:04 A taste of summer on the veg stall at Spelsbury this week; our own homegrown 'Casablanca' new potatoes, courgettes with flowers, broad beans, new season chard, spinach, lettuce and mixed leaf salad (four types of lettuce with rocket) and basil; we augment our lettuce with some from our friends in Leafield and our free-range eggs come from Stow, but everything else is grown here, by us, just feet from the stall. We are sad not to be able to join the Charlbury markets this year - but we are here at Spelsbury every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9am-5pm (4pm on Saturday) - do come and visit! |
