Wed 29 May, 06:56 I'm astonished (and impressed) by the variety of "stuff" that people sell/dispose of, in Charlbury. Me too! Is it a microcosm of "the throw away society"? I'm reminded of The World Is Too Much With Us BY WILLIAM WORDSWORTH "The world is too much with us; late and soon, Getting and spending, we lay waste our powers;" |
