Cayman Autos are very good though they’re a bit of a trek away in Redhill – you can leave the car with them and get the train home.

My much-loved Audi A4 cabriolet is having problems with its roof.   The heroes at New Barn garage have closed it, but it seems that roof problems are best dealt with by a specialist.   I haven't been able to find one.

So I'm denied two pleasures:  driving on a sunny day with the roof down and Prussian military music playing (when there's no chance of disturbing anyone), and taking my disabled neighbour to the deli. 

Can anyone recommend a roof doctor, please?
