It is Chipping Norton.  Nothing to do with Charlbury. It’s on the land to the left as you come into Chipping Norton on the Spelsbury Road. Richard has explained previously that this application comes onto the Web Site because it has Charlbury in the application and the Web Site downloads everything that includes Charlbury.
