Wilderness 2024 Local Weekend Tickets

Hi all,

We hope you had a lovely easter break. 

We noticed there were a few people who were unable to head down to the community centre to register their Wilderness 2024 Local Weekend ticket request before the registration dates closed.  

As such, the team at the community centre have very kindly agreed to running one final registration session at the Charlbury Community Centre, this Sunday 7th April 2-4pm.

Please note, this is only open to those who have already requested tickets via the form prior to it closing. 

As such, if you've already requested tickets and would still like to secure these, please be sure to head down to the community centre between these hours with the below documents to register your request:

1. Proof of address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months) including full name and address containing the postcode OX7 3** or OX29 9**

2. Proof of identity: With full name matching that on the proof of address

3. Registration form: The community centre team will be able to access this for you

No payments will be taken at this stage so there’s no need to bring cash with you. Once registered, Wilderness will then email you within 2 weeks with your link and code to book your approved tickets.

Thanks for the information, Emma. Could you tell us how much the local day tickets will be, please? And is there a limited number and if so, is it very limited, i.e. are we likely to need to go at the crack of dawn to secure them? Thank you!

Final ticket registration reminder:

A reminder that this Sunday 24th March: 2 - 4pm will be your last chance to register your Wilderness 2024 Local Weekend Ticket request at the Charlbury Community Centre. 

If you're yet to register your request please head down to the community centre between these times with the required documentation: 

• Proof of address 
• Proof of ID matching address 

And subject to everything meeting the required parameters, the team at the community centre will be able to confirm your request and within 1-2 days after that you'll receive an email with your link to book and pay for your registered tickets.

For those who have already registered but are yet to receive an email to book:

Anyone who has been down to the Community Centre already to register their request should have now received an email from info@wildernesssfestival.com with a link and code to book and pay for your registered tickets. This email will have been sent on either the Monday/Tuesday after you visited the community centre to register your request.

If you can't find this in your inbox, please check your junk folder in the first instance and if you're still struggling to find it, please email info@wildernessfestival.com and we can resend you the booking details.

Happy Monday all, 

We're pleased to announce the return of our Wilderness 2024 Local Weekend tickets - available to those within the postcodes OX7 3** and OX29 9** on a first come, first served basis.

Max 4 adult tickets per household, max 4 under 18s per adult ticket and max 10 tickets per order.

The request form for these is now available here.

To register your request you will then need to head to the Charlbury Community Centre on one of the below registration dates with all the necessary documentation.

• Sunday 10th March: 2 - 4pm

• Sunday 17th March: 2 - 4pm

• Sunday 24th March: 2 - 4pm

Once your request has been successfully registered, the Wilderness team will email you directly within 2 weeks with a link to book and pay for your registered tickets.

Day Tickets

Local day tickets (Friday - Sunday) will also be available to those within the same postcodes, bookable on the day, at the festival, at the Yellow Gate, North Lodge OX7 3EH entrance.
