Speeding into Charlbury

When is something going to be done about the cars speeding when coming into Charlbury from Banbury Hill. It is ridiculous the speed they come in on a blind bend. Despite the mirror being there I have nearly been hit twice now crossing over to the allottments and my husband had a very narrow miss only yesterday.

Unfortuantely I have noticed that a lot of the people speeding are Charbury residents.

It's time the local council did something about it before someone is injured or even worse, killed.
