Your right Ramsden it is, wonder what the problem is with this property as most of the other properties Omaze flog seems to have problems with them.

Best to be a bit sceptical, Tim.

It looks as if the house is in Ramsden not Charlbury. See Rightmove: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/86628015#/streetView?channel=RES_BUY

Omaze is not "putting Charlbury on the map", but using the (newly fashionable) name of Charlbury to promote offers in a (relatively) nearby village.

There's also a  Mail story saying that 10 of the first 14 Omaze houses that had been won were put up for sale by their new owners (and one of those remaining is rented out to wealthy Airbnb customers). Fancy winning this place

The £3million five-bedroom countryside retreat near Charlbury, in west Oxfordshire, comes with a third of an acre of landscaped gardens - and the winner will also pocket £100,000 in cash.

Although looking at the promotional video not sure where this house is defiantly not Charlbury , I think they are using " Charlbury " as a buzz word to get everyone excited about the area.

Correction should read the "Mail online putting Charlbury on the map" still a mention is a mention and any mention has got to be good for the town
