Yes, if it is in a clear plastic bag, according to this leaflet downloadable from the WestOxon site:

"Extra cardboard (no more than a recycling box load) can be left loose next to
your bin on collection day. Cardboard should be flattened and reduced in size.
Extra recycling can also be put out in a clear plastic bag and left next to your bin
but not inside. Larger households can request a larger recycling bin if required."

Hi,

Does anyone know if the refuse collection team will take additional bags of recycling tomorrow? We missed the previous collection so have surplus recycling and didn't want to put bags out if they won't be taken.
