Wed 17 Jan, 13:16 Mirror now almost completely smashed (it was badly cracked, with a small hole in it, before). The weapon may have been a short length of wood with a CRAG concert poster attached, left lying on the grass. Whoever has it in for this mirror is clearly determined! |

Sat 30 Dec 2023, 16:47 Someone has seen fit to attack the visibility mirror at the junction of The Slade, Sturt Road and Dancers Hill. This mirror is so useful to warn walkers crossing the road from Woody Lane of traffic approaching round the bend uphill. It was replaced only a month or two ago after the previous one was smashed and brought down early in the summer. Could whichever body is responsible for it find some effective deterrent - perhaps removal of the seat below it, which seems to act as a gathering place? |
