I can't seem to find it but probably being blind/thick/both!

My email address and server given to Charlbury.info on registering 20+ years ago had to be shut down due to spammer/scammers overwhelming it.

I recall having found a link to change my system password after I'd forgotten said password - but not where?

Can you mods tell me where to find this? Apologies for being a nuisance.
