Looking for an Estate Landscape Manager.

The role is ideal for an individual with a real love and knowledge of plants. They should have the vision to create and develop new planting.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Sound Plantsmanship to cover all good horticultural practices and complimented by creative flair.

Hands-on experience of approximately 10 years working within horticulturally diverse gardens

Ability to plan ahead and prioritise seasonal workload

Pro-actively lead a team of two Gardeners; with support as required by the Estate Landscape Team and contractors

Work closely with the owners to facilitate their day to day and week to week practical and entertaining requirements within the gardens

Qualifications anticipated to be at Level 3 or above in a related horticultural discipline
