Suggest you register to join the 'Your water, Your say' on-line meeting with Thames Water to ask questions directly: you need to register and also to submit your question in advance to have a chance of it being addressed, but worth a shot as we are their customers!

Sign up at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/your-water-your-say-tickets-727328768927

Here's their blurb: In October 2023, we sent the water regulator, Ofwat, our proposed plan for 2025 to 2030. This plan discusses water bills, the services we plan to provide, and our impact on the environment, among other important topics.

You’re invited to join us online at the ‘Your Water, Your Say’ meeting on Thursday 30 November 2023 from 5pm-7pm where you’ll hear about the plan and get to ask us questions about bills, services or other topics that are important to you. Don’t miss your chance to have your say . NOTE: Questions can be submitted in ADVANCE, through the Consumer Council for Water (CCW) at yourwateryoursay@ccwater.org.uk who will raise it on your behalf.

You can also ask questions through the chat on the day

As long as the directors and shareholders get their dividends and bonuses, and pollute our waterways that's OK by them, but the customer's have to foot the bill for their incompetence. So much for privatisation of our basic services and infrastructure,  we cannot go to another water service provider or a rail company.
