Slade/Sturt Road mirror

Just above the point at which The Slade becomes Sturt Road, a mirror attached to a pole gave a view down the hill so that pedestrians crossing the road at that point could see traffic approaching the bend towards them. That mirror was destroyed some time last summer and has not been replaced.  With winter coming on, the need for it seems all the greater before an accident happens.
