Gardener wanted

Gardener wanted here too! Desperately!  I actually have two needs which could be done by two different people. First, my lawn has not been mowed in months and it must be cut back before winter. I'd be happy for anyone who is willing to tackle this to just do that. It's a small lawn (Ticknell Piece) but it's got so long it probably needs more than a simple mow. Second, I have a huge garden reclamation project. Large hedges need major cutback, garden (and patio in cracks) need weeding. 

For this second I need someone strong and probably with some power tools, who knows flowers from weeds and takes care. But I don't need an expert gardener or landscaper. So it's not the most gratifying work but I really am desperate. If anyone can make a recommendation for either or both, please do! I can be contacted here through the website.
