Current works in Bull Carpark

Sorry to hear that there is a problem sacha with the electricity sub station behind the Bull Inn car park. Hopefully the much needed car parking spaces will be reinstated once these works are completed.

That's helpful to know. However, the car park has been out of action for longer than that, so presumably this is for information only, and not a response to queries being raised in a separate thread.

Dear Charlbury.

As some of you may have seen, we have some excavation works taking place in the Bull carpark.  This started last night because SSE need to carry out emergency works to keep the towns power functioning, given the sub station is within our carpark.  They have detected the fault.  We were only made aware of this issue yesterday afternoon.  We have been advised it will take them 1 week to complete the work.
