Help for needy car owners

Could we include some lessons on ‘how to steer round hedgehogs crossing the road’ too in the package?

It seems that many car owners in the town cannot afford to maintain their cars. A great number seem to have defective or missing exhaust pipes. A similar number seem to have brake problems as they cannot stay within the 20mph limit. It would also seem that many have sticking accelerator cables so they seem to only be able to drive at 0mph or 40mph+. Also quite a few seem to have iffy volume knobs on their in car entertainent systems. So as a community, we should club together to help these financially pressed car owners, get thier cars fixed, so they can end their social embarrassment from having these unfortunate defects.
