Hi everyone. I just wanted to tell you about a Supper Club we are running at Chloe’s.

Once a month we will be sharing our favourite italian dishes, as well as culinary stories and experiences that have inspired us to make them.
Our first Supper club is on the October the 14th and will be bringing a taste of Sicilia to Charlbury, authentic traditional Sicilian dishes with all the stories and legends behind them.

DETAILS
It will be 4 courses, with a Set Menu, designed as a communal gastronomic experience. There will be 2 sittings, one for the early birds 5.30pm-7.30pm and a second a little later 8pm-10pm. Tickets are £40 per head, which includes all the food and a Digestivo, drinks will be available to buy from the bar on the night. Tickets are available from the Eventbrite website https://bit.ly/4620HyQ or you are welcome to pop in the Chloe’s during her opening hours (Thursday-Friday 12-10pm) if you’d rather pay in person. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We can cater for dietary requirements but they will need to be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email kate.chloescharlbury@gmail.com and we unfortunately cannot guarantee that may be traces of allergens in our food due to the way our kitchen is organised.

A LITTLE ABOUT US
Fabrizio is from Sicily, living in the UK for over13 years, he is the Head Pizza Chef in a local pizzera, but his real love is Pasta! Kate is an artist, designer and maker, but restaurants are her happy place. They have been running pizzerias in london together for 10 years, having recently moved back to Charlbury they are both working in restaurants locally.
