Help with Windows 11 (and maybe more)

I've just been migrated to Windows 11 (new tablet).  It's driving me to distraction.  I've got the Dummies book, but it feels like being told to open the box with the key you will find inside.  I don't need to know the sophisticated stuff like how to communicate with the International Space Station or get it to order breakfast - just create documents, do emails, screenshots, that sort of thing.  Is there anyone who in exchange for money and everlasting gratitude could come and teach me to use it, please?
