Tue 12 Sep 2023, 21:29 (last edited on Tue 12 Sep 2023, 21:30) We watched in awe from nine acres close, so dramatic. When I saw a video from my sister in Bristol of the same cloud as in my pictures I thought it must have been over Wales - which I figured was why we couldn’t hear the thunder. It was an amazing show. |

Mon 11 Sep 2023, 11:35 It's worth watching the sky when there are big night time storms, we saw one that was over Stoke a couple of years ago. Drove up to Catsham Lane to get a better view of it than in Charlbury itself |

Sun 10 Sep 2023, 20:56 Sunday evening - anyone who can look West will see lighting frequently illuminating a large storm cloud. It’s over mid Wales - 75 miles away. I’ve a video clip but don’t know how to link to it. |
