Sat 26 Aug 2023, 20:00 The contractors who installed the fibre optic cable along the Spelsbury Road dropped a large rock on top of it when they backfilled. One year later and we were off for 3 weeks while they traced and rectified the fault. Gigaclear isn't bad when it's working properly, but there are too many outages and sub-standard performance. Customer service is virtually non-existant. |

Thu 24 Aug 2023, 22:50 It’s been bad for the past few days – we got an apology email the other day. Their status page says “The damaged ducts have been identified and engineers are scheduled to attend on Tuesday 29th August to complete the repair.” |
