Cotswold Line redoubling confusion

RE recent news postings about the project.

The confusion stems from that FGW notice about work planned for February being delayed.

Network Rail only ever pencilled it in as a possible time to, I think, replace a bridge at Honeybourne but never actually confirmed anything would be happening so FGW's announcement was rather superfluous and confusing.

Hence nothing was said about any such redoubling-related work in FGW's latest timetables, unlike the extensive period of bus substitutions on Sundays between Hanborough and Oxford in February and March, which I think is to do with work on the replacement A34 viaduct above the tracks at Wolvercote.
