Downloading Wilderness tickets to iphone wallet

Thanks Katie. I have now had an email from Ticketmaster and they say it can only be done with Androids, not iphones. However, it seems that the tickets can be accessed via the app even without an internet connection so it's not necessary to transfer them to the wallet.

I've done this for other events. You can usually only do it about 48 hours before. Message me if you still need help

The Wilderness website says "It is REALLY IMPORTANT that you don't rely on mobile signals at the festival. Save your mobile QR code tickets to your phone wallet app before you arrive." However, I have had absolutely no success in doing this from my Ticketmaster App to my iphone wallet. If anyone has managed to do this could you please let me know how? Many thanks.
