Fri 7 Jul 2023, 18:40 The self serve tills are pretty pointless if you’re buying alcohol. You have to wait for the one member of staff serving the other customers to assist. It’s as quick to queue and be served by a friendly face instead of muddling through trying to be a shop keeper. |

Fri 7 Jul 2023, 16:24 (last edited on Fri 7 Jul 2023, 18:20) With the introduction of the two new self-service tills, the queuing system has gone to pot! Whilst many customers are queuing up as normal in the last aisle and waiting for either a self-service or a staffed till to become free, others are unilaterally creating their own queues for the self-service tills by the door.... Perhaps some appropriate signage is required.... but was good fun watching the situation! |
