Help urgently needed with btinternet please

Thu 15 Jun 2023, 12:58 (last edited on Thu 15 Jun 2023, 12:59) I can't receive emails via btinternet - suddenly stopped - although some are coming through on iCloud. I'm not receiving them on my phone or may laptop although I can send emails ok. This is a bit of a mystery to me. I need to get this fixed asap for business purposes. Can anyone help please? Internet connection fine. Elaine |
