Sat 10 Jun 2023, 12:51 There is a minibus which has been parked outside my house for the last 18 days. DVLA tell me that it is 'street legal' (tax & MOT). It is legally parked on the highway so that is not a problem. But, it is a 'big old lump' and really obscures visibility when me and my neighbours are trying to get out of our drives onto a fast B-road (despite the speed limit). Can anyone tell me who owns this? I don't want to confront him/her. I just want to suggest a better place for long-term parking. It is an LVD Convoy; Reg: LBZ 2947 with blacked-out windows.
