It's the County Council doing it, as they haven't finished putting the signs up.  When they have, they'll come into force.  

I agree it's taken a long time to get this in place (with the support of more than three to one of Charlburians), but there's not long to wait now.

Any ideas on who has spray painted the 20 mph signs up Ticknell Piece?

It has taken a long time to get these signs in place as people seem to like to put their foot down on this stretch of road, putting many children and animals lives at risk! 

Some parent out there should  know as they must have purchased the grey spray paint for their child to deface the bus shelter and the skatepark!!
