Wanted - a low power USB trickle charger 4 phones etc

One of my old low power - 1 or 2 watts or something like that - "slow" charger for things like mobile phones, wireless earphones etc has failed. Where time isn't pressing I prefer to charge LiOn batteries with a trickle charge as it is better than cooking them with 9 or 10 watts which is all I've got left!

If anyone has anything like an old low power slow charging Apple charger, say, my little battery in the very small bone-conducting headphones would be very happy rather than blasted full in 20 minutes at 10 watts!
