Just had someone hammer very insistently on my door - when I answered he tried to claim that there was something wrong with my ... whatever it was. I shut the door before he had finished and shouted in a loud voice "We do not use rogue builders here!" ... he made some remark in response, but I hope he got the message.

Just a warning, in case any vulnerable people are approached in like manner.
