Help with web focused business - mentor or paid help/consult

Hi There,

I'm looking for someone who has started their own website based business for some general advice and to build a priority list for actions. Do I commit to building the site myself or get someone in to build? What should be my priority for getting set-up, etc.

Perhaps a days paid consultancy?
