Problem collecting pre-booked tickets at station today

I tried earlier today to collect pre-booked and paid-for tickets for rail travel next Fri and Sat, and the machine wasn't able to print them. I guess it may have been a temporary glitch (maybe it's run out of the cards?), but just to warn anyone who is trying to use that facility just before travelling....
