Parked vehicles hindering carers

I have just been asked by my neighbour's carer to bring this to everyone's attention. He often has difficulty and delays because cars park on both sides of the road at the approach to Sandford Rise, making the entrance hard to negotiate. Any delay will affect all clients waiting for care. Please bear this in mind when deciding where to park.  Thank you.
