Is there anyone who can help me with setting up one of the above please?

I will pay a modest amount.  My age and stumpy fingers are not helping.

I had to jam the tiny nano card into the slot using a kitchen knife and a hammer as the sim ladder(?) snapped.  Can't they ship them with the SIM installed?

Now nothing seems to work - well only occasionally.

E.g. "3" said they'd sent me a password to enable to register, but I can't find it.  There are so many widgets on the screen.  I don't need them all.

Any help is much appreciated.  I took the S3 to the Westgate yesterday, but they said they couldn't help.  Eh?  

I also want to transfer my "old" iPhone number but it baffles me.
