They are small lockable boxes containing house keys usually opened with an alphanumeric code.  Invaluable for emergency and welfare services to be able to access houses when the occupant is incapacitated inside.

For those who've never heard of it what's a Key Safe?

A key holder person or few; or a number coded box on the side of the door with a key in it?

Hi. We are looking to start our first project which is around installing Police approved Key Safes. These are great for older people who may have several different careers and others who need access, but don't want several keys out in the wild. Access for emergency services is an advantage also.

Of course, these can be useful for everyone for the same reasons or just for a safe place for a space key.

Hoping to yet 10 people together (we have 3 already) to make it work. Also, If anyone knows of someone who could benefit, but does not have the means, please let me know (privately).
