Property to rent for c.10 months from June

Hello! We are just reaching out to see if anyone in Charlbury or the surrounding area might have a property they’re looking to rent short term for approx 10months from June 2023.

We will be building a house during this time, and with our son at the Charlbury nursery and my horse stabled in the village, we are looking for somewhere in the local area to live whilst we carry out the build. 
Would need at least two bedrooms and some parking. Ideally dog friendly although we could make alternative arrangements if not.

Just thought it might be worthwhile posting here in case someone had an annexe or similar they’d like to rent out - or indeed needed some sort of long term house sitting arrangement! Open to any ideas.
