Thank you all for your comments.  

James - I don’t need a builder and use Fasthosts.  Tried Ionis and fell into deep water.

Hans - I couldn’t use html if you locked me up with a computer until I did use it.

Colin - tried your link, thanks.  Beyond me I’m afraid.  Will try Microweber even if it can’t spell coding. Looks good so far.

My site has a few pages and do email me if anyone would like to see it.

I code my websites in pure html. That way I know exactly what is going on.

Wordpress only seems to have one CVE this year link :-) I know all CMS have Vulnerabilities and you have to keep on top of updates and patches.

I prefer microweber at the moment and have used CMS made simple (not that simple) in the past but I avoid wordpress to reduce my attack area.

I am hoping that a rust based CMS will be available in the future.

What’s the ask here? Do you need a website building? It’s pretty easy to learn and widely used, despite being fairly outdated, so curious about the purpose once you have a Wordpress Group gathered.
