Sat 18 May: Wine and Food Matching Event with Local Winery at Chloe's - 7.30pm
Join us and Freedom Of The Press owner Gavin Carver for an evening exploring his amazing local wines paired with delicious food from Chloe. We’ll be tasting 5 wines all beautifully crafted in Minster Lovell with grapes from Essex, which will be matched to five courses of local, seasonal food.

Pinot Gris - Asparagus, Wild garlic Labneh, Bash Bits Chilli Crunch
Chardonnay - Smoked cods roe, radishes, potatoes with brown butter and hazelnuts
red Pinot Noir - Upton smokery duck and mushroom toast, pickled rhubarb dressed leaves
White Pinot Noir - Kingstone Dairy cheeses, SaltPig smoked ham
Pink Pinot Noir - Rhubarb fool, strawberries and black pepper. Einkorn biscuit.
